Purchasers of this product agree not to conduct any studies, chemical analysis, or any other analytic method that would attempt to identify the ingredients of God’s Kudzu Killer’s (the “Company”) formulation (the “Product”). The ingredients shall be considered Intellectual Property Rights.
In connection with the Product, it is anticipated that individuals who purchase the Product will use it for its intended purpose, as defined by the label.

The Company’s research shows that the active ingredient (Calcium Acetate) is not a hazardous substance or mixture, and the EPA has placed calcium acetate on the Safer Chemical Ingredients List (SCIL), recognizing it as a safer alternative to conventional chemical additives and processing aids. The EPA also confirmed that calcium acetate is "verified to be of low concern based on experimental and modeled data," and has "not identified any toxic endpoints for birds, plants, aquatic, or soil organisms."

Additionally, the product contains no components considered to be persistent, bioaccumulative, or toxic. The Formulation has a biodegradable life cycle of 74 days after application, after which the residual elements become a fertilizer that restores the soil's pH levels.

Beyond agriculture, calcium acetate is widely used in human health as a treatment for calcium deficiency and for managing hyperphosphatemia in patients with end-stage renal disease. It also functions as a stabilizer and preservative in many food products. The FDA has granted GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status as a sequestrant and direct food additive.

The Product is provided to Purchasers for its intended use as a method of controlling the growth of Kudzu and is NOT FOR USE IN HUMANS OR ANIMALS.
Purchasers agree to use the Product safely and in compliance with applicable laws, orders, regulations, and guidelines.

Limited Liability Clause

God’s Kudzu Killer is a proprietary, environmentally conscious product developed to assist in the control of invasive plant species. While we stand behind the integrity and performance of our formulation, we make no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific outcomes, effectiveness under all conditions, or suitability for every application. Users are responsible for testing the product in a small area before full-scale use and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

By purchasing or using this product, the user agrees that the manufacturer, distributors, and affiliates of God’s Kudzu Killer shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from the use or misuse of the product. This includes but is not limited to any harm to persons, property, vegetation, or the environment. The user assumes full responsibility for safe handling, application, and storage.
